EXPERIENCE
Federico Caruso is an in intellectual property lawyer, specialized in litigation, with a focus on patents, trademarks, plant varieties, trade secrets and unfair competition disputes.
Federico represents Italian and international companies before Italian and European Courts as well as before the Unified Patent Courts.
Besides his litigator’s practice, Federico assists clients in the enforcement of IP rights with Customs and advises clients in negotiating and drafting IP-related contracts as well as in advertising, consumer and food law matters. Federico also represents companies before the Italian Advertising Standard Authority (IAP) and the Italian Competition Authority (AGCM).
Federico is speaker at seminars and scientific symposia and regularly contributes to reviews specialized in Intellectual Property.
