UPC Aperitivo: join our EPLN webinar on significant cases in the UPC’s first 6 months
On 16 May 2024 SIB LEX and SIB, together with the European Patent Litigators Network (EPLN) are to hold UPC Aperitivo, a one-hour webinar on the most significant cases before the Unified Patent Court (UPC) during its first six months, organised by the EPLN of which our firm is a member.
Speakers Mario Pozzi (SIB LEX), Gwendal Barbaut (Santarelli), Tillman Pfrang (Meissner Bolte) and Martin Luten (Arnold & Siedsma) are to discuss the Milan Local Division’s orders to preserve evidence, a comparison between the orders issued by the Paris Local Division and those of the French national Court, the differences between UPC revocation vs. EPO opposition, and the change of language of proceedings before the UPC.
