Jacopo De Benedetti
EXPERIENCE
Jacopo’s practice started in 2004, focusing on the protection of patents. He leads SIB – Società Italiana Brevetti IP Firm as CEO (www.sib.it).
Jacopo is member of the Ordine dei Consulenti in Proprietà Industriale (Italian Industrial Property Consultants Institute) where he served as Council Member.
He is member of the Institute of Professional Representatives before the European Patent Office (EPI) and AIPPI (Italian section) sitting on the Executive Committee.
He contributes to the Kluwer Manual of Industrial Property (the comprehensive annual guide country-by-country to the applicable industrial property law) presenting and commenting the Italian Patent Legislation.
